肝郁证候患者的心理研究

目的 探讨肝郁证候患者的心理健康状况.方法 对53例肝郁证候患者进行症状自评量表、焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评定.结果 肝郁证候患者的心理健康水平比较低,常有明显的焦虑和抑郁等心理状况.结论 对肝郁证候在治疗的同时,应特别关注患者的心理健康,加强心理治疗,必要时及时应用抗抑郁或抗焦虑药物.

The Mental Health Status with the Hepatic Depressiom Syndrome

Objective To explore the mental health status of the hepatic depression syndrome patients. Methods 53 patients with the hepatic depression syndrome were tested with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCLl-90), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS). Results The hepatic depression syndrome patient's psychological health level is lower than the normal person's, and often have obvious anxiety and depression, etc. Conclusion We should pay attention to the mental health of the patients with the hepatic depression syndrome. It is necessary to carry on the psychotherapy, Antidepressants and antianxietic shoud be used in some patients with depression and anxiety.
