| 摘 要： | 通过在Medline上搜索截止2008年发表的文章，筛选与阿司匹林和非甾体类抗炎药（NSAIDs）相关的文章，讨论NSAIDs的副作用、预防策略及发展前景。NSAIDs的使用可能会导致胃肠道损害、高血压、急性肾功能衰竭、先前存在的心力衰竭恶化等。这些副作用可以通过限制剂量和疗程以及进行独立危险因素评价和个性化治疗来预防。应予最短的疗程和最低的有效剂量。

| Abstract: | A computer-based search was conducted in Medline for English articles related to aspirin and NSAIDs published to 2008,to discuss the side effects, prevent strategy and development prospects of NSAIDs. Taking NSAIDs may cause many side effects, such as gastrointestinal damage, hypertension, acute renal failure, worsening heart failure, which could be prevented by restricting dosages and the course of treatment or treating individuation, giving the shortest course of treatment and lowest effective dosages. |
