两种临床专业课程教学模式下的实习效果评价及研究

摘    要:近年来,教学体制的改革使“3+2”临床专业课程教学模式受到广泛关注,各高校开始实行“3+2”的教学模式,以提高学生的专业知识和技能,使学生具有更高的职业素养。近两年我院接收了“4+1”及“3+2”两种临床专业课程教学模式下的实习医师,通过对比二者实习效果发现:“3+2”教学模式下实习医师的临床综合思维判断能力、采集病史的能力、临床基本操作能力和适应岗位时间、与带教老师、患者及家属交流能力的优良率均高于“4+1”传统模式,本文对其原因进行分析。

Evaluation and research on the effect of practice under two teaching modes of clinical expertise courses

Abstract:In recent years,the reform of teaching system made the"3+2"clinical expertise course teaching mode be gradually widely followed,and universities began to practice the"3+2"mode of teaching to improve the students'professional knowledge and skills,so that the students can have a higher professional quality.In the past two years,the hospital accepted the interns under the teaching mode of"4+1"and"3+2"clinical courses.By comparing the practice effect of the two groups,it is found that the interns under the"3+2"teaching mode had higher excellent and good rates of clinical comprehensive thinking and judgment ability,collecting medical history ability,basic clinical operation ability,time to adapt to the post and ability to communicate with teachers,patients and family members than the interns under"4+1"traditional teaching mode,and this paper analyzes the reasons.
