专科护士介入结合PDCA循环在压疮预防中的应用效果

摘    要:目的探讨专科护士介入结合PDCA循环在压疮预防中的应用效果。方法我院护理部于2016年1月引入伤口治疗专科护士进入压疮管理小组,同时实施PDCA循环法。比较实施专科护士介入结合PDCA循环管理前、后住院患者非预期压疮发生率及压疮质量管理指标。结果实施后,非预期压疮发生率由2015年的0.088%下降至2018年的0.067%,且压疮愈合率逐年上升。实施后,患者平均住院时间及满意度均优于实施前(P<0.05)。结论专科护士介入结合PDCA循环可显著提高压疮预防效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of specialist nurse intervention combined with PDCA circle in the prevention of pressure sore.Methods In January 2016,the nursing department of our hospital introduced wound treatment specialist nurses into the pressure sore management group,and the PDCA circle method were implemented.The incidence of unexpected pressure sore and the quality management index of pressure sore in hospitalized patients before and after the implementation of specialist nurse intervention combined with PDCA cycle management were compared.Results After the implementation,the incidence of unexpected pressure sore decreased from 0.088%in 2015 to 0.067%in 2018,and the healing rate of pressure sore increased year by year.After the implementation,patients'average hospital stay and satisfaction were better than those before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The specialist nurse intervention combined with PDCA circle has a significant effect on the prevention of pressure sore.
