延续精准护理对先兆流产患者的自我效能及再次妊娠选择的影响

目的探讨延续精准护理对先兆流产患者的自我效能及再次妊娠选择的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的先兆流产患者80例,按照数字表法将其随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用延续精准护理。比较两组的自我效能、心理状态、不良结局及患者再次妊娠选择。结果干预后,研究组的GSES评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良妊娠结局和新生儿不良结局总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的再次妊娠选择率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对先兆早产患者进行延续精准护理可以有效降低不良妊娠结局的发生率,改善患者的心理状态,提高其自我效能,增加对再次妊娠的选择率,可以在临床中进一步推广。

Effects of continuous precision nursing on self-efficacy and choice of re-pregnancy of threatened abortion patients

Objective To explore the effects of continuous precision nursing on self-efficacy and choice of re-pregnancy of threatened abortion patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with threatened premature labor admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group according to the number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group recived routine nursing,and the research group recived continuous precision nursing.The self-efficacy,psychological state,adverse outcome and choice of re-pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the GSES score of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidences of adverse pregnancy outcome of patients and adverse outcomes of newborn in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The re-pregnancy selection rate in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous precision nursing on threatened premature labor patients can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,improve maternal psychological state and self-efficacy of patients,and increase the re-pregnancy selection rate,which can be further promoted in clinical.
