江苏省海安县居民的膳食结构

目的了解海安县居民膳食结构状况。方法采取整群随机抽样,用称重法和24h回顾法进行连续3d摄入调查。结果海安县居民膳食结构主食、水产品、蛋类、豆类人日均摄入量与新版《中国居民膳食指南(2007)》(下称指南)相符,蔬菜类是指南建议量的70%,畜禽肉是《指南》建议量的1.25倍,乳类及水果分别是《指南》建议量的11.4%和21.5%,食用油和食盐分别是《指南》建议量的1.42倍和1.30倍。结论海安县居民膳食结构存在不合理现象,需要加强营养教育,引导居民合理膳食。

Dietary Structure of Residents in Haian County of Jiangsu Province
