| 摘 要： | 对110例肝硬化门脉高压症患者随机分组,前瞻性研究强肝软坚汤、心得安及强肝软坚汤与心得安联合用药三组临床疗效,结果联合用药组疗效优于单独用药二组(P<0.01)。提示强肝软坚汤与心得安二者不同的治疗机制,对肝硬化门脉高压症可起到协同治疗效果。

| Abstract: | 110 patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension, including 70 cases of schistosomiasis cirrhosis, 36 cases of posthepatitic cirrhosis, 4 cases of cholangitic biliary cirrhosis of liver were studied. They were divided into three groups:Group A, 34 patients received Qiang Gan Ruan Jian (QGRJ) decoction 1 dose a day for three months; Group B, 35 patients received propra-nolol 30 mg a day for three months;Group C, 41 patients received combined therapy of QGRJ decoction with propranolol. Group C took three months as a course too. The above randmized controlled study showed that the effect rates of three groups were 47. 07% (16/34) , 42.86% (15/35), 82. 93% (34/41) respectively. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0. 01). The results showed that the therapeutic effect of combined QGRJ decoction with propranolol was better than that of QGRJ decoction or propranolol alone, and the combined method had cooperation effect in treating cirrhotic portal hypertension. |
