加味逍遥散治疗功能性消化不良临床研究

目的:探讨加味逍遥散对功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效及适应症.方法:将FD患者102例随机分为中西医结合组和中药组、西药组.西药组给予单纯西医基础治疗,中药组给予加味逍遥散汤剂口服,中西医结合组同时给予西医基础治疗和逍遥散汤剂口服,疗程2周.结果:中西医结合组总有效率90.48%,明显优于西药组的73.33%,及中药组的70.00%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论:加味逍遥散能显著提高FD患者的疗效.

Clinical Research on Treating Functional Dyspepsia with Added Xiaoyao Power

Objective: To investigate the curative effect and fitted syndrome of added Xiaoyao power on treating functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods:102 cases with FD were randomly divided into 3 groups: integration of Chinese and western medicine group, T.C.M. group and medicine group. The medicine group was treated with medicine simply, the T.C.M. group with added Xiaoyao power simple, the first group with both medicine and T.C.M. The treatment period was 2 weeks in all three groups.Results: The effective rate in the integration T.C.M. and medicine group was 90.48%, which was significantly higher than those in the medicine group(73.33%) or T.C.M group(70.00%), whose difference was obviousiy(P<0.05). Conclusion:Added Xiaoyao power can significantly promote the curative effect on treating FD.
