| 摘 要： | 本文揭示了从边远地区来京的少数民族劳务人员，由于体内缺乏对结核病的特异性免疫，在进入大城市后的结核自然感染和发病的严酷现实。提示结核病防治工作者对这一特殊群体应该给予必要的重视，并对从根本上如何有效地解决流动人口中的结核病防治问题提出了探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper described the surprising rate of TB infection and prevalence in the minority communities coming from remote regions of China due to the lack of specific immunization to tuberculosis which showed the necessity of immedi- ate attention and should be paid to there communities. The effective ways to control and prevent tuberculosis infection in the floating population are also discussed. |
