摘    要:目的:优选肺积饮合剂的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定总皂苷含量作为肺积饮合剂质量标准,采用L9(34)正交试验法考察加水量、提取时间和提取次数对肺积饮提取工艺的影响,优选最佳提取工艺。结果:影响肺积饮提取工艺的因素中,加水量>提取时间>提取次数,最佳制备工艺为加8倍量水,提取1.5h,提取2次。结论:该提取工艺稳定可控、合理可行,可作为肺积饮合剂的最佳提取工艺。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize extraction technology of Feijiyin Mixture by orthogonal test. Methods:By measuring the contents of total saponin as the quality standard of Feijiyin Mixture. The extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test, with the solvent volume, extraction time and extraction times as the influencing factors. Results:Among the influencing factors, solvent volume>extraction time>extraction times. The optimal extraction conditions were refluxing extraction for 2 times and 1.5h each time with 8 fold amount of water. Conclusion: The extraction technology is reliable and reasonable. It could provide a foundation for production and quality control of Feijiyin Mixture.
