| 摘 要： | 目的：观察痰热清注射液与头孢菌素在老年慢性支气管炎治疗中的临床效果。方法：将我院2015年3月～2016年2月收治的86例老年慢性支气管炎患者作为本次研究对象，随机分成两组，对照组患者使用头孢菌素类的药物进行治疗，观察组在对照组的治疗基础上，增加痰热清注射液进行治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组的总有效率为97.67%，明显高于对照组数据， P<0.05。结论：用痰热清注射液联合头孢菌素治疗老年慢性支气管炎疾病疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of Tanreqing injection and cephalosporins in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods: February March 2015 ~ 2016 86 cases of senile chronic bronchitis patients as the research object, the control group used antibiotic class drug, observation group increased Tanreqing injection treatment, observation of the efficacy of the 2 groups.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%, higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tanreqing injection combined with cephalosporins treating senile chronic bronchitis disease significantly. |
