人血白蛋白联合美宝湿润烧伤膏及氧气疗法治疗压疮的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨人血白蛋白联合美宝湿润烧伤膏及氧气疗法治疗浅度溃疡期压疮的效果。方法:选取2013年1月~2015年10月本院的浅度溃疡期压疮患者40例,均为院外带入,随机分成观察组和对照组各20例,观察组采用人血白蛋白、美宝湿润烧伤膏外涂及氧气疗法,对照组采用常规方法换药。观察30d后比较两组治疗效果、治愈时间、治疗费用以及疼痛情况。结果:观察组压疮治疗效果及治愈时间均明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗费用明显较对照组少,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组疼痛程度及疼痛时间明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:人血白蛋白联合美宝湿润烧伤膏及氧气疗法治疗浅度溃疡期压疮疗程短,费用较少,疼痛程度低,疼痛时间少,疗效显著。

Human blood albumin to joint the moist burn cream and oxygen therapy in the treatment of pressure ulcers in clinical research
Abstract:Objective:Human blood albumin combine Mabel moist burn cream and oxygen therapy for the treatment of shallow ulcer stage of pressure ulcers.Method:Choose between January 2013 and October 2013 undergraduate shallow ulcer in hospital period of 40 patients with pressure ulcers, are outside into the hospital, randomly divided into observation group and control group 20 cases, observation group USES the human blood albumin, Mabel moist burn cream coated and oxygen therapy, switching control group using conventional methods. To observe the effect after 30 days compared two groups treatment, cure time, cost of treatment and pain.Result:Observation group of pressure ulcer healing and cure time were significantly better than the control group, significant difference(P<0.05);Treatment observation group was obviously less than the control group, significant difference (P<0.05); Observation group pain intensity and duration of pain was better than control group, significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:Human blood albumin to joint the moist burn cream and oxygen therapy for treating shallow ulcer stage pressure sores short course, less cost, and low degree of pain, pain less, curative effect is remarkable.
