我院药库实施零库存的实践与体会

目的：探讨我院如何在保证临床正常用药的前提下，降低药品的库存，科学管理院内药品库房，加快药品和资金的流转。方法：充分利用我院现有的电子系统与药品管理法，在此基础上进行优化，对我院药库实施零库存管理。结果：我院实施药库“零库存”后，每月的药库库存总额显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），有效降低了医院的运营成本，加快了医院资金的周转。结论：应用当今先进的零库存管理办法，建立适合我院的库存管理模式，提高了药房工作效率，值得推广。

Practice and experience of the implementation of zero inventory in the pharmacy store of our hospital

Objective: To explore how to reduce the hospital drug inventory, scientific management of drug storehouse, and increase the turnover rate of drugs and funds in the hospital under the premise of ensuring the normal use of drugs. Methods: make full use of the existing electronic system and drug management law, and on this basis to optimize the implementation of the management of zero inventory in the pharmacy store of our hospital. Results: in our hospital implementation of “zero inventory” of drug storehouse, the monthly total drug inventory decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), effectively reduces the operation cost of the hospital, to accelerate the turnover rate of hospital funds. Conclusion: the application of today's advanced zero inventory management measures, for the establishment of the inventory management mode of truth in our hospital, the hospital greatly reduce operating costs, increase the rate of drug and cash flow, improves the working efficiency of pharmacy, worthy of promotion.
