MMP-22在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

目的:探讨MMP-22(基质金属蛋白酶-22)在子宫内膜癌(EC)中的表达情况及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法对55例子宫内膜癌、50例非典型增生子宫内膜及50例正常子宫内膜组织进行标记及分析。结果:子宫内膜癌中MMP-22的表达阳性率为83.6%。50例非典型增生子宫内膜中MMP-22的表达阳性率为50%,二者阳性表达均较正常子宫内膜组织(20%)为高(P<0.05);随着子宫内膜癌病理分级、临床分期及子宫肌层浸润深度的增加,MMP-22的表达显著增高;在子宫内膜癌有淋巴结转移组中MMP-22的表达远高于无淋巴结转移组,差别有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-22的高表达在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中有重要作用。提示MMP-22可作为子宫内膜癌临床诊断的指标和化学治疗的靶点。

Expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase-22 in Endometrial Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

Objective:To investigate the expressions of MMP-22 in endometrial carcinoma and to clarify the relationship between their expression and EC clinical pathological characters.Methods:Immunohistochemistry SP methods were used to examine the expression MMP-22 in 55 cases of endometrial carcinoma,10 of endometrial non-special neoplasia,and 10 of normal endometrium specimens.Results:The positive rates of MMP-22 in EC were 83.6%,and 50% in endometrial nonspecial neoplasia,both were significantly higher than those in noncancerous specimens(P<0.05).In endometrial nonspecial neoplasia,the positive expressions of MMP-22 were correspondingly higher with the grade of endometrial nonspecial neoplasia.Overexpression of MMP-22 in EC was related to tumor differentiation,invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive rates of MMP-22 in lymph node metastasis group were significantly higher than those in the group without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is positive correlation between the expressions of MMP-22 in EC,both play important role in the development of EC,which indicate that MMP-22 may be markers of clinical diagnosis of EC and targets of chemopreventive strategies.
