| 摘 要： | 上海浦东新区正在建设生活垃圾焚烧厂，通过对韩国，新加坡的３个垃圾焚烧厂焚烧工艺，炉排，烟气净化技术的介绍，提出了我们在建设焚烧厂的过程中，无论是制定环保排放标准还是采取何种烟气治理工艺，均应考虑中国的国情。同时指出，重视基础数据的分析与预测，加强对公众的宣传是非常重要的。

| Abstract: | A new refuse incineration plant is planed to be constructed in Shanghai Pudong New Area. This report detailed introduced the combustion grates, incineration technology and the flue gas purification technology used in three refuse incineration plants we had visited in Korea and Singapore. Based on the investigation, to put forward that the national condition is the basin no matter formulating the emission standard of air pollutants or selecting the flue gas treatment technology. Also, paying great attention to analyze and forecast the basic data and strengthening propagating education are very important in the early stage. |
