观察a-氰基丙烯酸酯在尿道下裂手术中效果

目的观察尿道下裂手术中使用a-氰基丙烯酸酯防治尿瘘发生的效果。方法收集我院从2009年至今的63例尿道下裂，其中45实验组，尿道修复手术过程中使用a-氰基丙烯酸酯，对照组28例，采用传统的手术方式修复尿道，比较两组之间的尿瘘率。结果实验组的尿瘘率为2．22％（1／45），对照组的尿瘘率为10．70％（3／28），p〈0．05差异有显著性。结论在尿道手术中应用a-氰基丙烯酸酯可明显降低术后尿瘘发生率。

observe the effect of α-cyanoacrylateglue to prevent urinary fistula in Hypospadias surgery

Objectives To observe the effect of a -cyanoacrylateglue to prevent urinary leakage in Hypospadias surgery. Method Collect 63 patients of Hypospadias in my hospital.45 patients were smeared a -cyanoacrylateglue in Hypospadias surgery as observed group,the other patients were as control group .The rate of urinary fistula was compared in the two groups. Result The rate of urinary fistula was 2.22 % in the observed group and 10.70% in the control group.The difference of the two groups was obvious. Conclusion using a -cyanoacrylateglue in Hypospadias surgery can degrade rate of urinary fistula.
