| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自拟益气活血方配合西药治疗经皮冠心病介入治疗(PCI)术后的临床疗效。方法:将46例PCI术成功的冠心病患者,随机分为治疗组23例、对照组23例。对照组予以西药常规治疗;治疗组予西药常规用药加自拟益气活血方中药治疗。疗程为6个月。对患者服药后的临床症状、心电图、心绞痛发生率、术后再狭窄发生率进行观察。结果:在改善临床症状、改善心肌缺血程度、减少心绞痛、减少再狭窄发生率方面,治疗组和对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:自拟益气活血方能提高治疗PCI术后的临床疗效,防治PCI术后再狭窄。
