| 摘 要： | 大学新生是一个特殊的群体,面临一些特殊问题和矛盾,医学院新生更是如此。班主任作为新生管理的重要成员,应分析新生存在的问题及其思想根源,加大教育引导力度,注重人文关怀,引导学生树立正确的学习目标,培养良好的学习生活习惯,及早适应大学生活。

| Abstract: | The freshmen of University are a special group, they always face some special problems and contradictions, especially in medical school students. As an important member of the freshmen management, class teacher should analyze the existing problems and its ideological roots of freshmen, give more education and guidance, and the humanity-oriented care. Only in this way, can we guide them to form the correct attitude towards learning and good personal habits for helping students adapt to college life earlier. |
