| 摘 要： | 重度颅脑损伤患者病情危重,气管切开是解决呼吸道阻塞,迅速改善通气功能的重要措施,其术后护理和并发症的防治是挽救患者生命的关键.采用自制气管切开护理卡,对病人实行全程的监督管理,使气管内痰痂形成率明显下降.

| Abstract: | The operation of windpipe dissection is the main strategy to solve the block of respiratory tract and to improve the ventilation function immediately when the case with serious damage to brain is very critical .The medical care after operation and prevention and cure of complications are of vital importance. Our department applies the self-restrain nursing cards to supervise the patiens durings the whole course,which may make the formation rate of sputum scab decline remarkably and improve the nuring quality greatly. |
