| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨不明原因下腹痛的腹腔镜探查及治疗方法 ,提高不明原因下腹痛的确诊率及治疗成功率。方法 :回顾分析 38例不明原因下腹痛患者行腹腔镜探查治疗的临床资料。结果 :全部病例均获确诊 ,腹腔镜下完成手术 33例 (86 8% ) ,中转开腹 5例 (1 3 2 % ) ,发现并处理伴发病 7例 ,本组病例全部治愈 ,无并发症发生。结论 :腹腔镜探查治疗不明原因下腹痛简便 ,创伤小 ,确诊率高 ,探查范围广 ,手术安全 ,治愈率高

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the method of laparoscopic exploration and treatment of subabdominal pains with unknown causes,and raise the rate of difinite diagnosis and successful treatment.Methods:Because of having had subabdominal pains with unknown causes,38 patients had performed laparoscopic exploration and treatment in our hospital from 2001 to 2003.Their clinical data was analyzed retrospectively.Results:Definite diagnosis was made on all cases,33 cases succeeded in laparoscopy(86 8%).5 cases transferred to laparotomy(13 2%).7 ancomitant illnesses were diagnosed and treated.All patients were cured,and no complication,no death.Conclusion:The laparoscopic exploration and treatment of subabdominal pains with unknown causes are safe,simple and less injury.It can explore widely and obtain high rate of difinite diagnosis and successful treatment. |
