环氧化酶-2和血管内皮生长因子在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系研究

摘    要:目的研究环氧化酶-2(Cox-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在乳腺癌中的表达情况,探讨两者与淋巴结转移的关系。方法选择我院确诊的乳腺浸润导管癌手术标本92例为乳腺癌组,同时选取45例同期乳腺癌癌旁组织作为正常对照组。采用免疫组化SP法检测92例乳腺浸润癌中Cox-2、VEGF的表达情况。结果 Cox-2蛋白在乳腺癌旁对照组中的阳性表达率为0,在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为68.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Cox-2在淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组中的阳性表达比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF蛋白在乳腺对照组中的阳性表达率为6.7%,在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为90.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF在淋巴结转移组中的阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Cox-2、VEGF蛋白在乳腺癌组织中高表达,且均与淋巴结转移有关,两者可能在乳腺癌的远处转移中起重要作用。

The Relationship Research between the Expression of Cox-2 and VEGF in Invasive Breast Carcinoma and Lymph Node Metastasis

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of Cox-2 and VEGF in invasive breast carcinoma,and explore their relationship with lymph node metastasis.Methods From our hospital diagnosed breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma operation specimens from 92 patients for breast cancer group,at the same time selection of 45 patients with breast carcinoma tissues as the normal control group.The expression of Cox-2 and VEGF was studied in 92 cases of invasive breast carcinoma by SP immunohistochemistry.Results Cox-2 protein in breast carcinoma in the control group,the positive expression rate of 0,in breast cancer tissue in the positive rate was 68.5%,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);Cox-2 in lymph node metastasis group and the group without lymph node metastasis in expression,difference has statistical significance significance(P<0.05).VEGF protein in breast in the control group,the positive expression rate of 6.7%,in breast cancer tissue in the positive rate was 90.2%,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);VEGF in lymph node metastasis group the positive rate was significantly higher than that in the group without lymph node metastasis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cox-2 and VEGF protein are highly expressed in breast carcinoma,and are all related with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),Cox-2 and VEGF may become important role during lymph node metastasis of breast carcinoma.
