| 摘 要： | 影响我国医疗救助制度发展的原因有很多．认为我国长期以来形成城乡二元结构以及由此产生的城乡差异是制约这一制度健康发展的重要原因。在分析我国医疗救助制度城乡差异的基础上。有针对性地提出了对策意见。

| Abstract: | There are a lot of reasons which influence the system development of medical rescue of our country. The article thinks that it is the important reason which restricts this system sound development that our country forms Two Yuan Structure between urban and rural areas and differences between urban and rural areas produced from this for a long time. The article is on the basis of analyzing differences between urban and rural areas of the system of medical rescue of our country have put forward the countermeasure suggestion pointedly. |
