| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨蝮蛇抗栓酶在治疗肺心病急性发作中的临床应用价值。方法：采用蝮蛇抗栓酶联合其它综合措施治疗肺心病急性发作３２例。结果：蝮蛇抗栓酶组３２例显效２０例，有效９例，总有效率达９０．６％，对照组总有效率仅达６５．６％。蝮蛇抗栓酶组疗效明显高于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：蝮蛇抗栓酶的应用为治疗肺心病提供了有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Ahylysantinfarctase on acute episode of chronic cor pulmonale. Method: Using Ahylysantinfarctase with other therapeutic measures to treat 32 cases with acute episode of chronic cor pulmonale. Results: Of 32 cases treated by Ahylysantinfarctase, 20 cases show a prominent effect and 9 cases are better than before. The total effective rate reaches 90.6% in the test group (the group treated by Ahylysantinfarctase) while only 65.6% in the control group. The curative effect in the test group is much better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Ahylysantinfarctase has provided an effective method for treating cor pulmonale. |
