| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨综合护理干预在射频消融术治疗原发性肝癌中的作用.方法 50例拟行射频消融术的原发性肝癌患者随机分为观察组（24例）和对照组（26例）,观察组进行综合护理干预,对照组进行一般护理,观察两组患者心理状况及术后生活质量.结果 观察组HAMD和HAMA值明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 对实施射频消融术的原发性肝癌患者有必要实行综合护理干预.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with primary liver cancer treated with radiofrequency ablation. Methods 50 patients diagnosed as liver cancer by biopsy were involved in this study. Patients were randomly divided into observation group （n=24） and control group （n=26）. All patients underwent percutaneous radiofrequency ablation. Patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention and the patients in the control group received general nursing care. Perioperative anxiety state and health status were observed. Results Observation group had significantly lower HAMD and HAMA scores （P〈0.05）, and life quality was better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective in smoothing periopera- tive anxiety and promoting health quality for patients with primary liver cancer treated with radiofrequency ablation. |
