乳腺癌根治术后康复护理临床体会

目的探讨乳腺癌根治术后康复护理的方法及效果。方法回顾性分析2010年7月～2013年10月入住我院的60例行乳腺癌根治手术患者的临床资料,将60例行根治术的乳腺癌患者按照奇偶数字法随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取术后康复护理。比较两组护理干预后患肢功能恢复情况、患肢淋巴水肿程度及发生率、术后引流液量及拔管时间。结果 （1）对照组护理后患肢功能恢复优良率为70.00%,显著低于观察组（100.00%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（2）观察组患肢淋巴水肿程度及发生率均显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（3）对照组术后引流液量及拔管时间分别为（88.26±21.29）mL及（5.98±2.13）d,均显著大于观察组（61.27±13.30）mL及（4.15±1.09）d]（P〈0.05）。结论乳腺癌根治术后康复护理效果显著,值得在临床上加以推广普及。

Clinical experience of rehebilitation care after radical mastectomy

Objective To investigate effect of mastectomy rehabilitation care methods and results. Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 patients undergoing radical mastectomy routine clinical data from July 2010 to October 2013 in our hospital, 60 patients with breast cancer underwent radical surgery method according to parity figures were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. Control group treated with the usual care,observation group on basis of the control group treated with postoperative rehabilitation nursing. The two groups of nursing intervention recovery of limb function, limb lymphedema level and incidence of postoperative drainage volume and extubation time were compared. Results（1）Treatment of limb function in the control group was 70.00%, excellent recovery was significantly lower than in the observation group（100.00%）（P〈0.05）;（2）The occurrence of limb lymphedema of the observation group were significantly less than in the control group（P〈0.05）;（3）After drainage, and extubation time in the control group was（88.26±21.29） mL and（5.98±2.13） d, were significantly greater than the observation group （61.27±13.30） mL and（4.15±1.09） d]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mastectomy rehabilitation nursing has significant effect,it is worth to promote and popularize in clinical practice.
