齐拉西酮与阿立哌唑治疗女性精神分裂症临床研究

目的探讨非典型抗精神病药齐拉西酮与阿立哌唑治疗女性精神分裂症患者的疗效与不良反应。方法将60例符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的女性患者随机分为两组,分别给予齐拉西酮与阿立哌唑治疗8周,用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定疗效,副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果齐拉西酮组与阿立哌唑组两组间疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,齐拉西酮组不良反应发生率高于阿立哌唑组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两组治疗前后血清催乳素比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论齐拉西酮与阿立哌唑对女性精神分裂症患者疗效相当,较为安全。

A clinical study of ziprasidone and aripiprazole in the treatment of female schizophrenia

Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of ziprasidone and aripiprazole on the treatment of fe- male schizophrenia patients. Methods Sixty female schizophrenia patients were divided into two groups and treated with ziprasidone and aripiprazole randomly for eight weeks. All patients were assessed with Positive and Negative Syn- drome Scale（PANSS） and Treatment Emergents Symptom Scale （TESS） to evaluate adverse reactions at baseline and the end of treatment. Results There wasn＇t significant difference in efficacy between ziprasidone group and aripiprazole group （P〉0.05）. The incidence rate of side effects in the ziprasidone group was higher than those in the aripiprazole group, however, the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）. The serum prolactin level was not significant before and after treatment between ziprasidone group and aripiprazole group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Ziprasidone and aripiprazole are both effective and safe on the treatment of female patients with schizophrenia.
