品管圈在降低硬膜外麻醉穿破硬膜率中的应用

目的探讨品管圈活动在减少硬膜外麻醉穿破硬膜人次中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈质量控制小组,以＂降低硬膜外麻醉穿破硬膜率＂为主题,对手术室内硬膜外麻醉穿破硬膜的情况进行调查,并分析该并发症发生的原因,设定目标,制定方案并组织实施,进行效果评价。结果按照方案实施后,手术室硬膜外麻醉穿破硬膜率由原来的0.88%降至现在的0.46%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过品管圈活动有效地降低了科室硬膜外麻醉穿破硬膜率,减少了患者的痛苦和医疗纠纷的发生。

The effect of QCC in reducing epidural puncture rate of epidural anesthesia

Objective To investigate the effect of QCC in reducing epidural puncture rate of epidural anesthesia.Methods Established the QCC quality control team, take ＂reduce epidural anesthesia epidural puncture rate＂ as the theme, investigate the epidural puncture of epidural anesthesia in department of anesthesiology, analyze the cause, set goals of complication, plan and organize the implementation, evaluate the effect. Results According to the plan, the Department of epidural anesthesia epidural puncture rate decline from the original 0.88% to 0.46% now, the difference is obvious（P〈0.05）. Conclusion QCC can reduce epidural puncture rate of epidural anesthesia and pain of patients,prevent the occurrence of medical disputes.
