金刚藤胶囊治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎、附件炎的临床疗效和安全性分析

目的 探讨金刚藤胶囊治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎、附件炎的临床疗效和安全性.方法 100例湿热瘀结型盆腔炎及附件炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例.对照组主要采用妇乐冲剂口服,2包/次,2次/d,分早晚服用;观察组采用金刚藤胶囊治疗,口服,4粒/次,3次/d.两组患者在实际过程中均应停止一切针对该病的临床治疗方法.比较两组临床治疗效果、治疗后生活质量及不良反应情况.结果 对照组临床总有效率为68.00％,显著低于观察组（92.00％）.观察组患者体温恢复时间、腹痛消失时间、抗生素使用时间及住院时间均显著小于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）,观察组治疗后SF-36量表总得分为（145.23±10.41）分,显著高于对照组（116.00±7.56）分]（P＜0.05）;两组治疗过程中均未见不良反应发生.结论 金刚藤胶囊治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎、附件炎临床疗效确切,安全性较高,可显著提高患者的生活质量.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jingangteng capsule in the treatment of damp heat and blood stasis type pelvic inflammation, annex inflammation. Methods One hundred cases of damp heat and blood stasis in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease and inflammation annex were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each. Control group： the patients mainly used the Fule Granules （Xiangfan Longzhong Pharmaceutical Company Limited production, the country medicine accurate word Z42020643 date） orally, 2 bag/times, 2 times/d, morning and evening to take; the observation group： the patients were treated with Jingangteng Capsule （Beijing the Great Wall pharmaceutical factory production, the country medicine accurate No. Z20050786） treatment, oral, 4 capsules each time, 3 times/d. Two groups of patients should be in the actual process of all clinical treatments for the disease to stop.The clinical curative effect, quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of control group was 68.00%, significantly lower than the observa- tion group （92.00%） （P〈0.05）; The patients＇ body temperature recovery time, abdominal pain duration, antibiotic use and hospitalization time were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. After treatment, SF-36 scale score of the observation group was （145.23±10.41） points, was significantly higher than the control group （116± 7.56）, （P〈0.05）; the adverse reaction were not found between two groups. Conclusion Jingangteng capsule in the treat- ment of damp heat and blood stasis type pelvic inflammation, annex inflammation has good clinical curative effect, high safety, it can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
