摘 要: | 目的调查本地区急诊科感染患者的病原菌的分布、流行趋势、药敏状况及抗生素药敏变迁规律,并分析本院急诊科患者病原菌分布、药敏状况。方法收集2013年7月~2014年2月我院急诊科治疗的患者,对其进行体液标本培养及药敏实验。结果 2012~2014期间,共分离细菌3766株,革兰阳性球菌1108株,占29.42%;革兰阴性杆菌2658株,占70.58%,大肠埃希菌的分离率2013年最高,呈逐年下降,铜绿假单胞菌分离率呈上升趋势。金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌对复合磺胺耐药率最高。大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、柠檬酸杆菌及聚团肠杆菌对氨苄西林耐药率最高。结论我们建议感染因重视医院急诊科细菌的检测,临床医生应及时根据药敏试验,采用足量联合治疗提高抗生素疗效。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the region's emergency department infection of pathogenic bacteria in patients with distribution, fashion trends, the condition of drug susceptibility, and antibiotic susceptibility change rule, and analyze the pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug susceptibility in this hospital emergency department patients. Methods Collected in July 2012 to February 2014, our hospital emergency department patients, body fluid specimens to culture and drug susceptibility test. Result During the 2013-2014, a total of 3766 strains bacteria isolated, 1108 strains were gram positive coccus, accounted for 29.42%; Gram-negative bacilli 2658 strains, accounting for 70.58%, the separation of e. coli rate is highest, 2013 decline year by year, the rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated on the rise. Staphylo- coccus aureus and epidermis staphylococcus to compound sulfanilamide resistance to the highest. E. coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, citric acid bacillu~ and poly group, coli to ampieillin resistance to the highest. Conclusion We recommend for attaches great importance to the hospital emergency department bacteria detection of infection, clinical doctors should timely according to the drug sensitive test, using adequate combination therapy improve antibiotic curative effect. |
