腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤效果观察

目的探讨良性卵巢肿瘤采用腹腔镜手术治疗的疗效。方法收集2004年7月～2013年7月来我院进行治疗的良性卵巢肿瘤患者230例,将患者按照治疗意愿分为对照组及观察组（n=115）,治疗方法分别为传统开腹手术及腹腔镜手术,比较两组患者的临床效果及卵巢功能。结果观察组与对照组比较术后出血量、术后排气时间及住院时间少,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;观察组和对照组术前E2、LH及FSH比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）;观察组和对照组术后E2水平低于术前,LH、FSH水平高于术前,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;观察组术后E2水平低于对照组,LH、FSH水平高于对照组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论患者如果已经确诊为良性卵巢肿瘤,可以将腹腔镜手术治疗作为考虑的治疗方法,但开腹手术与腹腔镜手术各有优缺点,应根据患者的具体情况进行选择。

Effect observation of laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian tumor

Objective To investigate the effect of benign ovarian tumors using laparoscopic surgical treatment.Methods A total of 230 cases of benign ovarian tumors were from July 2004 to July 2013 in our hospital, all the patients were divided into the control group and observation group（n=115）, treatment methods were traditional open surgery and laparoscopic surgery, clinical outcomes and ovarian function were compared of the two groups. Results Postoperative bleeding, postoperative hospitalization time and fewer exhaust time were compared of observation group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Observation group and control group before operation E2, LH and FSH had no significant difference（P〉0.05）; The observation group and control group were lower than preoperative E2, LH, FSH than preoperatively, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; After treatment,the E2 of observation group was lower than the control group, the LH, FSH was higher than the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion If patients already diagnosed with benign ovarian tumors, laparoscopic surgery can be considered as a treatment, but open surgery and laparoscopic surgery has advantages and disadvantages, should be given according to the specific circumstances of the patient selection.
