外用溃疡散加呋喃西林外敷治疗压疮的疗效观察

目的研究外用溃疡散联合呋喃西林外敷治疗压疮的临床疗效。方法收集2013年4月-2014年4月我院56例压疮患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者采用外用溃疡散加呋喃西林外敷治疗,对照组患者单纯采用呋喃西林外敷治疗,记录两组患者的临床治疗时间及临床效果。结果两组患者整体治疗进行较为顺利,无明显不良反应或是并发症出现;观察组患者的临床治疗时间较短,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,同时在治疗疗效比较中,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论压疮患者在治疗的过程中,使用外用溃疡散加呋喃西林外敷的整体疗效优异,可以快速完成压疮愈合,且临床副作用较小,安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。

Efficacy of topical ulcers scattered plus nitrofurazone topical treatment of pressure ulcers

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined topical ulcers scattered nitrofurazone topical treatment of pressure sores. Methods A total of 56 cases of patients with pressure sores from April 2013 to April 2014 in the course of the study in accordance with the difference in treatment were divided into observation group and con- trol group, the clinical treatment of patients received the consent of the observation group were treated with topical ul- cers during treatment Powder Plus nitrofurazone topical treatment, while the control group of patients only using nitrofu- razone topical treatment, clinical treatment time and clinical effects of two groups of patients were recorded. Results The overall treatment groups were carried out more smoothly, no significant adverse reactions or complications, a shorter time of the clinical treatment in observation group, compared with the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, statistically significant while comparing the efficacy of the treatment, the observation group than the control group, statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with pressure ulcers in the treatment process, the use of topical ulcers scattered plus excellent overall efficacy of topical nitrofurazone, can quickly complete healing of pressure sores, and clinical fewer side effects, high security, to promote worthy of clinical use.
