注射用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合复方丹参注射液治疗社区获得性肺炎临床疗效观察

目的观察注射用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合丹参注射液治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年1月-2014年5月期间收治的社区获得性肺炎患者80例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组采用注射用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合复方丹参注射液静滴,对照组单独应用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾静滴,两组患者均连续静脉用药7 d。于疗程结束后1周评价疗效,分别比较两组患者的临床表现,包括体温改变、咳嗽的变化及肺部体征的变化,并进行胸片及血常规检查,同时记录不良反应发生情况及症状消退的时间,对比分析两组的临床效果和用药安全性。结果治疗组总有效率92.50%,明显高于对照组的72.50%,两组患者退热时间方面无显著差异,但治疗组咳嗽消失时间、X线改变恢复正常平均时间及白细胞恢复正常时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论使用注射用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合复方丹参注射液治疗社区获得性肺炎较单独应用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾可以明显缩短疗程,提高疗效,有一定的临床借鉴意义。

Observation of clinical efficacy of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium injection combined with compound danshen injection in treatment of community acquired pneumonia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium injection combined with compound danshen injection in treatment of community acquired pneumonia. Methods Eighty patients with community acquired pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 40 patients in each group. The treatment group received amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium injection combined with compound danshen injection and the control group received the intravenous infusion of single amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium. Both groups received intravenous medication for 7continuous days. The efficacy was evaluated one week after the end of treatment. Clinical manifestations of both groups were recorded, including body temperature changes, cough changes and lung sign changes, and chest radiography and blood routine examination were conducted. Meanwhile, the occurrence of adverse reactions and the disappearance time of cough were recorded. The clinical effects and drug use safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%, which was significantly higher than the 72.50% of the control group. There were not significantly differences in the fever abatement time, but the cough disappearance time,average time of X-ray returning to normal and time of leukocyte returning to normal in treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group, with statistically significant differences. Conclusion The application of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium injection combined with compound danshen injection in treatment of community acquired pneumonia can obviously shorten the treatment course and improve the efficacy compared with the single application of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium, thus it has certain clinical reference significance.
