PET-CT对卵巢癌复发及转移的监测价值

目的探讨PET-CT监测卵巢癌复发及转移的临床价值。方法选择26例卵巢癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,患者术后行PET-CT全身及盆腔显像,并与同期ECT、B超结果进行比较,分析PET-CT监测卵巢癌复发及转移的临床价值。结果 15例患者PET-CT结果为阳性,其中14例CA-125升高,1例正常。共发现53处病灶,分别位于盆腔、手术切口、腹腔、肠系膜、腹膜、椎体。PET-CT结果显示FDG高摄取,存在异常高代谢。PETCT病灶数检出率显著高于B超和ECT检测结果（P〈0.01）。结论 PET-CT在肿瘤的卵巢癌的复发和转移监测方面具有明显的优势,其对病灶的检出率显著高于B超与ECT。

Clinical significance of PET-CT monitoring of ovarian cancer recurrence and metastasis

Objective To discuss clinical significance of PET-CT monitoring of ovarian cancer recurrence and metastasis. Methods Clinical data of 26 cases with ovarian cancer recurrence and metastasis were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were detected by PET-CT after operation, and PET-CT results were compared with results of ECT and type B Ultrasound. Clinical significance of PET-CT monitoring of ovarian cancer recurrence and metastasis was analyzed. Results PET-CT results of 15 cases were positive, and among them 14 cases of CA-125 increased, one case was normal. Lesions were found in 53, which were located in the pelvis, surgical incision, the abdominal cavity, mesentery,peritoneum, vertebral. PET-CT results showed high FDG uptake, the presence of abnormally high metabolism. Lesions detection rate of PET-CT was higher than ECT and type B Ultrasound（P0.01）. Conclusion PET-CT has obvious advantages in monitoring of ovarian cancer recurrence and metastasis, and lesions detection rate is higher than ECT and type B Ultrasound.
