健康教育干预对64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影老年患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及图像质量的影响

目的 探讨健康教育干预对64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影老年患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及图像质量的影响.方法 回顾性分析来我院进行64层CT冠状动脉造影检查的患者86例,分为对照组及观察组各43例.对照组在检查前实施传统护理模式;观察组实施健康教育.结果 ①观察组健康教育前后SAS、SDS评分差异有统计学意义,观察组健康教育后SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）;②观察组检查相关知识知晓率、主动配合率、患者满意度、图像质量总体合格率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）;③观察组心率波动次数≥10次的患者比例明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 对64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影老年患者实施健康教育能显著缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,有利于图像质量的提高,可以在临床推广应用.

The impact of health education intervention on 64-slice CT coronary angiography in elderly patients anxiety,depression and image quality

Objective To investigate the impact of health education intervention on 64-slice CT coronary angiography in elderly patients anxiety, depression and image quality. Methods A total of 86 patients who were come to our hospi- tal for 64-slice CT coronary angiography were retrospective analyzed, all of them were divided into the control group and the observation group, there were 43 cases in each group, the control group was given traditional care model before checking, the Observation group was given the health education. Results （1） There were significant difference in SAS, SDS score of the observation group between before and after the health education, all the above adexes of the observa- tion group after the health education was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. （2） The Check rele- vant knowledge and awareness initiative with the rate of patient satisfaction, image quality overall pass rate of the ob- servation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. （3） The proportion of the number of fluc- tuations in heart rate ≥ 10 times of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion 64-slice CT coronary angiography in elderly patients health education can significantly relieve anxiety, depression, help to improve the image quality can be applied in clinical practice.
