脑卒中患者便秘情况与认知功能的相关性

目的探讨脑卒中患者便秘情况与认知功能的相关性。方法调查815例脑卒中患者的基本资料、排便情况、卒中情况、认知功能情况等,分析患者便秘与认知功能障碍的相关性。结果便秘组和非便秘组脑卒中类型、脑卒中时期存在显著差异（P〈0.01）,便秘组多发病灶比例显著高于非便秘组（P〈0.01）,便秘组基底节病变以及丘脑病变的比例显著高于非便秘组（P〈0.01）。便秘组认知功能总分及各维度得分均显著低于非便秘组（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。随着患者认知障碍程度的加重,便秘发生的风险也逐渐升高。结论脑卒中患者便秘发生率较高,患者认知功能越严重,便秘风险越大。

Relativity between constipation and cognitive function of patients with cerebral apoplexy

Objective To discuss relativity between constipation and cognitive function of patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods The basic information, defecation, apoplexy, cognitive function and etc of patients with 815 cases of patients with cerebral apoplexy were investigated, and the relativity between constipation and cognitive impairment were analyzed. Results The type and period of cerebral apoplexy of patients in non-constipation group and constipation group appeared significant differences（P〈0.01）, and the multiple lesions in proportion of patients in constipation group was much higher than that in non-constipation group（P〈0.01）, and the basal ganglia and thalamic lesions diseases in proportion of patients in constipation group were much higher than that in non-constipation group（P〈0.01）. The cognitive function score and all dimension scores of patients in constipation group were much lower than those in non-constipation group（P〈0.01 or 〈0.05）. As the aggravation of the cognitive impairment, OR value rose, which illustrated that, the constipation occurrence risk gradually rose. Conclusion The constipation occurrence rate of patients with cerebral apoplexy is high, and the more serious cognitive, the higher risk of constipation.
