地中海贫血筛查中MCV和Hb电泳联合检测的临床价值分析

目的探讨MCV和Hb电泳联合检测在地中海贫血筛查中的临床价值。方法选取在我院检查的地中海贫血患者150例,作为观察组,另选取在我院检查的非地中海贫血患者150例,作为对照组,对两组患者进行MCV和Hb电泳检查,并记录两组患者的阳性率,然后对两种检查方法、联合检查的特异度和灵敏度指标进行分析。结果 MCV或者是Hb电泳单项检测,观察组患者阳性率均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。MCV检测灵敏度和特异度分别为91.33%和76.67%,而Hb电泳检测灵敏度和特异度分别为85.33%和79.67%。两种方法联合检测,灵敏度降低,特异度升高。结论对于地中海贫血的患者来说,将MCV和Hb电泳两种检测手段联合应用可以提高疾病检出的特异度,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Analysis of the clinical value of MCV combined with Hb electrophoresis in detection of thalassemia

Objective To explore the clinical value of MCV combined with Hb electrophoresis in detection of thalassemia. Methods Selected 150 cases of patients with thalassemia as the observation group, and other 150 cases of non-thalassemia patients were selected in our hospital as control group. MCV and Hb electrophoresis examination were conducted in two groups of patients, and the positive rates were recorded. And then we analyzed the specificity and sensitivity of the two methods as well as the combined examination. Results In the single MCV or Hb electrophoresis detection, the positive rate in observation group patients was higher than this in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The sensitivity and specificity of MCV detection were separately 91.33% and76.67%, and the sensitivity and specificity of Hb electrophoresis were separately 85.33% and 79.67%. And when we conducted the combined detection, the sensitivity decreased, but the specificity increased. Conclusion For the patients with thalassemia, by using the method of MCV combined with Hb electrophoresis, we can improve the specificity in detection of disease. It is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
