经翼点入路和经鼻蝶入路行乖体腺瘤切除术的对照研究

摘    要:目的 探讨垂体腺瘤切除术经翼点入路和经鼻蝶入路不同入路的对照研究.方法 分析2008年10月~2013年10月80例资料完整的垂体瘤手术患者的临床资料,其中经翼点入路的患者46例,为对照组;经鼻蝶途径的患者34例,为观察组.对比两组手术情况以及术后并发症发生情况.结果 观察组手术情况(手术时间、术中出血及住院时间)明显优于对照组,术后并发症发生少,且复发率低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 经鼻蝶入路行垂体腺瘤切除术的手术时间、手术出血量、住院天数均优于经翼点入路,且术后并发症的发生率和复发率低于经翼点入路,临床疗效确切,值得进一步推广.

The comparative study of the pterional approach and nasal transsphenoidal for resection of pituitary adenoma

Abstract:Objective To explore the resection of pituitary adenoma via pterional approach and transsphenoidal ap- proach control study of different road. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of pituitary tumor operation patients com- plete data from October 2008 to October 2013, the transpterional approach in patients with 46 cases were selected as the control group; Transsphenoidal approach in patients with 34 cases were selected as the observation group. Com- pared the two groups of operation and postoperative complications. Results The observation group operation conditions (bleeding and hospitalization timeoperation time, intraoperative) were better than the control group, the postoperative complications, and the recurrence rate was lower, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The operation time, blood loss, hospitalization days of transnasal transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection are better than via pterional approach, and the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate are lower than the pterional eraniotomy, has definite clinical effect, is worthy of further promotion.
