护理干预对PICC置管患者导管维护依从性及并发症的影响

目的：探讨护理干预对中心外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管（PICC）患者依从性和并发症的影响。方法选择2012年1月-2013年12月120例门诊PICC患者作为观察对象，其中64例实施一般PICC置管常规护理并进行出院健康教育设为对照组，56例除实施一般PICC置管常规护理外还进行心理疏导、健康教育和门诊随访等护理干预措施设为观察组，采用自制调查问卷对患者进行调查。结果观察组患者依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组发生导管阻塞、感染、导管破损等并发症发生率为3.57%，对照组为12.5%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论有效的护理干预能提高PICC患者的依从性，降低置管后并发症的发生率，为整个化疗过程提供有效的静脉保障，同时也提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To probes into the impact of care intervention by the peripheral vein piercing center vein buy tube（picc） patients on adherence and complications. Results Watch adherence set of patients with higher than the control group, there were differences sta-tistical significance （P〈0.05）, Watch group happen cathter blocking, infection, catheter damaged complications such as incidence 3.57%, the control group to 12.5%, two group of comparison, there were differences statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effective care intervention can improve the patient,spicc adherence, reduce buy tube complica-tions after the incidence, for the entire process chemotherapy provide effective vein of security, but also improve the patient＇s quality of life.
