摘    要:目的探讨2009~2013年柳市片区儿内科病区医院感染发生的原因及相应的防治对策以降低医院感染发生率。方法对浙江省乐清市第三人民医院2009年1月~2013年12月儿内科病区出院儿童发生的医院感染.采取回顾性调查方法进行统计分析。结果该院最近5年医院感染共有369例,平均医院感染率为5.797%.居前两位的是上呼吸道感染和感染性腹泻,医院感染病原体的构成比中金黄色葡萄球菌居于首位。院内感染下呼吸道感染中肺炎克雷伯菌居于首位。结论该地区儿科病区医院感染发生率较高,要做好有效的防治对策,加强病区管理。

Analysis of nosocomial infection in pediatrics ward in Liushi area

Abstract:Objective To survey the causes of nosocomial infection in Liushi area from 2009 to 2013 and take feasible measures in order to lower the outbreak of hospital infection. Methods A retrospective survey method was adopted to survey the nosocomial infection of children discharged from pediatric ward in the Third People's Hospital of Yueqing City in Zhejiang Province from January 2009 to December 2013 ,then carry out statistical analysis. Results 369 cases of discharged children had nosocomial infection in the last five years in the hospital, the average nosocomial infection rate was 5.797%. The first two was URI together with gastrointestinal infection. Staphylococcus aureus ranked first in nosocomial infections pathogens constitutions. Klebsiella pneumoniae ranked first in lower respiratory tract infections of nosocomial infections. Conclusion The pediatric ward in the area has a higher rate of hospital infection. Useful steps should be adopted to lower hospital infection in Liushi Area. Pediatrics ward management should be strengthened.
