| 摘 要： | 目的比较阿戈美拉汀与帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择98例诊断为抑郁症的老年患者,随机分为两组,分别用阿戈美拉汀和帕罗西汀治疗6周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果治疗6周后HAMD评分显示差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,两组疗效相当,副反应量表显示阿戈美拉汀不良反应少。结论阿戈美拉汀是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药,适合老年患者使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of agomelatine and paroxetine for the senile depression. Methods A total of 98 cases of elderly patients diagnozed with depression were randomly divided into two groups, one group were treated with agomelatine,the other group were treated with paroxetine,treated for 6 weeks,using Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）, adverse reaction scale（TESS） to evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions.Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the HAMD scores showed that there were no significant differences in clinical efficacy of two groups, and the TESS showed the agomelatine had less adverse reaction than the paroxetine. Conclusion Agomelatine is a safe and effective antidepressant, suitable for elderly patients. |
