彩超对甲状腺肿块的临床意义

目的 探讨甲状腺肿块的彩超特征与病理类型的对应关系,以提高对不同甲状腺肿块声像图的认识.方法 对71例经外科手术病理诊断的甲状腺肿块的声像图特征进行回顾性分析并与病理诊断进行对比分析.结果 71例甲状腺肿块中经过超声诊断仪检测：恶性诊断准确率为85％,良性结节诊断准确率为96％,但良性肿块中的腺瘤与结节性甲状腺肿定性较差,尤其对腺瘤囊性变与结节性甲状腺肿伴出血囊性变时.结论 甲状腺肿块的彩超特征对发现甲状腺结节的敏感性高,并对结节的良、恶性定性较好,但对良性结节中的腺瘤及结节性甲状腺肿的鉴别诊断无特异性,应引起重视.

Evaluation on the clinical significance of color ultrasound to thyroid masses

Objective To explore the corresponding relationship between the characteristics of color ultrasound and pathological patterns of thyroid masses, to improve the understanding of uhrasonograms of different thyroid masses. Methods Retrospectively analyze the ultrasonogram characteristics of thyroid masses of 71 cases pathologically diag- nosed through surgical operations and contrastively analyzing them together with respective pathological diagnosis. Re- suits Among the 71 cases of thyroid masses detected by ultrasonic testing instruments, the accuracy of diagnosis to be malignant reached 85%, while that of nodules to be benign was 96%. However, the qualitative diagnosis of adenomas among the benign masses and nodal thyroid masses was relatively low, especially in the cases of cystic degenerations of adenomas and nodular thyroid masses with bleeding cystic degenerations. Conclusion The characteristic of color ultra- sound was highly sensitive in the diagnosis on thyroid nodules and relatively accurate in the qualitative diagnosis on benign and malignant thyroid masses. However, special attention should be paid to the fact that it had no specific effects on the diagnosis on adenomas among the benign masses and nodular thyroid masses .
