一贯煎合五苓散联合西药治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水50例临床研究

目的探讨一贯煎合五苓散联合西药治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的100例乙肝肝硬化腹水患者,随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组予单纯西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合一贯煎合五苓散治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的疗效及两组患者治疗前后ALT、AST、TBil及Alb的变化情况。结果观察组的总有效率90%,明显高于对照组的70%,差异具有统计学意义（χ2=8.349,P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗前的ALT、AST、TBil及Alb比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后两组患者的ALT、AST、TBil均较治疗前显著降低,而Alb较治疗前显著升高,观察组较对照组改善更显著,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论一贯煎合五苓散联合西药治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水,能明显改善患者的临床症状和肝功能,值得临床广泛推广使用。

Clinical study of 50 cases of Yiguan Jian and Wuling powder combined with western medicine in treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis with ascites

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiguan Jian and Wuling powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis with ascites. Methods A total of 100 cases of hepatitis B cirrhosis of liver ascites patient in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group, the control group treated with western medicine treatment, the observation group joint Yiguan Jian and Wuling powder treatment on the base of the control group. after treatment, the effect were compared, and the ALT, AST, TBil and Alb level before and aftertreatment were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total efficiency in the observation group was 90%, was significantly higher than the control group（70%）, the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=8.349, P〈0.05）. The ALT, AST, TBil and Alb of observation group and the control group before treatment had no significant difference（P〈0.05）; After the treatment, ALT, AST, TBil of the observation group decreased significantly that the control group, while Alb was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the observation group improved more significantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P〉0.01）.Conclusion Yiguan Jian and Wuling powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis ascites can improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and liver function, is worthy of extensive promotion use.
