新福菌素联合放疗对Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效观察

目的：观察新福菌素注射液联合放疗治疗肺癌的临床疗效。方法50例临床分期为Ⅲ期的非小细胞肺癌患者，依治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组各25例，治疗组采用新福菌素注射液静脉滴注，同时配合放疗，对照组单用放疗，比较新福菌素治疗组与对照组的近期疗效、生活质量变化、放疗毒副反应情况。结果治疗组有效率比对照组高，差异有统计学意义；治疗组生活质量好转率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义；两组之间放疗毒副反应相当，差异无统计学意义。结论新福菌素联合放疗能明显提高Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者的近期疗效，提高患者生活质量，不增加患者放疗毒副反应。

Efficacy of sinoactionomycin combined with radiotherapy in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of sinoactionomycin combined with radiotherapy in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 50 patients with Ⅲ stage non-small cell lung cancer were divided into treatment group and control group with 25 cases in each, the treatment group used sinoactionomycin combined with ra-diotherapy, the control group was treated with radiotherapy. The recent efficacy,quality of life changes, and radiation toxicities were compared between the two groups. Results The efficient of treatment group was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant. The quality of life improved better in the treatment group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant; radiotherapy toxicity basically the same between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Sinoactionomycin combined with radiotherapy could significantly improve the efficacy of lung cancer patients,and improve the quality of life of patients, without increasing toxicities of radiotherapy.
