右美托咪定与丙泊酚用于小儿心导管术麻醉维持效果对比

目的研究右美托咪定与丙泊酚用于小儿心导管术麻醉中的维持效果,旨在为患儿寻求最安全、最有效的麻醉方式。方法选取2012年1月~2014年1月我院收治的50例行导管介入治疗的患儿为研究对象,按照麻醉方式的不同分为右美托咪定组与丙泊酚组,观察两组患儿的麻醉维持效果。结果两组患儿麻醉药物使用剂量、苯巴比妥使用剂量和麻醉后40 min HR、MAP、Pet CO2比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论右美托咪定在小儿心导管术的麻醉维持中效果均满意,安全性高,有效性显著,且右美托咪定能有效减少患儿术后躁动,提高了患儿术后苏醒质量,值得临床推广使用。

Comparison in maintenance efficacy of anesthesia of dexmedetomidine and propofol applied on pediatric heart catheterization

Objective To look into maintenance efficacy of anesthesia of Anesthesia between Dexmedetomidine and Propofol on pediatric heart catheterization, and to seek the safest and most effective anesthesia for children. Methods Fifty children subject to catheter interventional treatment admitted by this hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 as research subjects, and they were divided the and the Dexmedetomidine group and Propofol group according to different methods of anesthesia, and the maintenance efficacy of anesthesia on children in two groups were observed.Results The comparison in the dosage of anesthetics and Phenobarbital and HR, MAP and Pet CO240 min after anesthesia hit, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Dexmedetomidine in the anesthesia maintenance of pediatric cardiac catheterization is satisfactory, highly safe and significantly effective, and Dexmedetomidine can effectively reduce postoperative agitation of patients, being improve the quality of postoperative revival, being worthy of wide promotion and use in clinical practices.
