两种根管消毒药物的临床疗效比较

目的探讨ApexCal氢氧化钙根管消毒糊剂和甲醛甲酚（FC）在根管消毒中的疗效。方法将180例单颗前磨牙患有瘘型慢性根尖周炎的患者随机分为两组,ApexCal氢氧化钙根管消毒糊剂组（实验组）90例,甲醛甲酚组（对照组）90例。封药1周后及根管充填1周后进行疗效比较。结果根管封药1周后,实验组根管消毒有效率优于对照组（P〈0.05）;根管充填后1周,实验组根管充填后无反应（0级）比率优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 ApexCal氢氧化钙根管消毒糊剂可有效进行根管消毒。

The curative effects of two drugs used in root canal disinfection

Objective To investigate the curative effects of Apex Cal calcium hydroxide paste and formaldehyde cresol（FC） in root canal disinfection. Methods A total of 180 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, which were all diagnosed as periarthritis with fistulas of premolars, each of 90 cases. The experimental group used application Apex Cal calcium hydroxide paste for root canal disinfection; The control group used the formaldehyde cresol（FC） for root canal disinfection. One week after intracranial medication and one week after root canal treatments were done, the curative effects of the two groups were compared separately. Results One week after intracranial medication, the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. One week after root canal treatments were done, the rate of no reaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Apex Cal calcium hydroxide paste is more efficient in root canal disinfection than formaldehyde cresol（FC）.
