持续血液净化疗法在多器官功能障碍综合征中的临床应用效果

目的探讨持续血液净化疗法临床治疗多器官功能障碍综合征的效果。方法选择我院2013年4-11月收治的64例MODS患者为研究对象。通过回顾性分析64例患者的临床资料,对比治疗前后相关生化指标,探讨持续血液净化方法治疗MODS的效果。结果患者接受持续血液净化疗法治疗后BUN、ALT、TBIL、AST和Cr生化指标与治疗前比较均呈现降低趋势,治疗后患者的生化指标优于治疗前,差异比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。持续血液净化治疗MODS的总有效率高达92.2%,仅5例患者治疗无效。结论持续血液净化疗法安全有效,对患者的生化指标和临床症状有显著的缓解作用,并可为患者恢复机体赖以生存的内环境,值得在临床上广泛推广。

Clinical effect of continuous blood purification therapy in the treatment of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome

Objective To discuss the efficacy of continuous blood purification therapy in the treatment of multiple organ dysfunction syndromes. Methods A total of 64 patients with MODS stayed in our hospital from April 2013 to November 2013 were selected as research subjects. The clinical data of 64 cases were retrospectively analyzed and bio- chemical indices before and after treatment were compared to investigate the efficacy of continuous blood purification therapy in the treatment of MODS. Results The levels of BUN, ALT, TBIL, AST and Cr of the patients after treatment were declined than before, the biochemical indices of the patients after treatment were improved than before and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The total efficiency of continuous blood purification therapy in the treatment of MODS reached 92.2% and only 5 cases failed. Conclusion Continuous blood purification therapy is safe and effective for patients, plays a significant role in mitigation for biochemical indices and clinical symptoms. It offers the creation of the body depending on the environment for survival to patients, which should be popularized in clinical practice.
