综合性护理干预对剖宫产产妇围术期焦虑状态及应激反应的影响

目的探讨综合性护理干预对剖宫产产妇围术期焦虑状态及应激反应的影响。方法产妇100例随机分为干预组和对照组,每组50例。对照组予常规对症护理,干预组在此基础上实施围术期综合性护理干预措施,比较两组产妇入院第2天、术前1天、术后第3天的SAS的变化情况及两组患者术前（T0）、胎儿娩出时（T1）、术毕（T2）的MAP、HR、CORT水平的变化情况。结果术后第3天,两组患者的SAS评分分别较干预前显著降低,且显著低于术前1天,但干预组术后第3天的SAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预组T1时点MAP、CORT水平均较T0时点明显上升,但与对照组比较,干预组T1时点MAP、CORT水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对剖宫产产妇围术期实施综合性护理干预措施,可以缓解其焦虑心理,降低应激反应,确保手术顺利进行。

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on cesarean section peri- operative anxiety and stress reaction in perioperative period

Objective To explore the influence on perioperative anxiety and stress reaction inperioperative period of comprehensive nursing intervention on cesarean section. Methods One hundred cases in our hospital were randomly di- vided into intervention group and control group, 50 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing,in- tervention group on the basis of control group control group comprehensive nursing intervention, at second days, 1 days before the operation, the changes of SAS third days after operation and two groups of patients before operation （TO）, fetal childbirth time （T1）, end of operation （T2） changes in MAP, HR, CORT level were compared between the two groups, respectively. Results After operation third days , the SAS of intervention group and the control group of patients with were significantly lower than those before intervention, and significantly less than before operation 1 days, but SAS score of the intervention group after operation third days was significantly lower than that of the control group, the dif- ference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The MAP, CORT levels of intervention group in T1 significantly increased than TO, but compared with the control group, MAP, CORT level of the intervention group in T1 lowered than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The cesarean section perioperative- comprehensive nursing intervention measures can alleviate the anxiety, reducestress, to ensure smooth operation.
