| 摘 要： | 目的探讨普济消毒饮联合青黛散治疗流行性腮腺炎的作用。方法将55例流行性腮腺炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予普济消毒饮联合青黛散;对照组给予病毒唑抗病毒治疗。结果治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为100%和84%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论普济消毒饮联合青黛散治疗流行性腮腺炎有良好的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of general antiphlogistic decoction combined with Qingdai powder for treat- ing epidemic parotitis. Methods A total of 55 cases of epidemic parotitis patients were divided into two groups ran- domly. The treatment group was given general antiphlogistic decoction combined with Qingdai powder; while the control group was given ribavirin for treatment. Results In treatment group, the total efficiency was 100%, and in control group the total effect was 84%, there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion General antiphlo- gistic decoction combined with Qingdai powder is highly effective to treat epidemic parotitish. |
