CPR情景教学对心肺复苏在居民中普及的影响

目的 探讨CPR情景教学对社区居民掌握心肺复苏（CPR）知识与技能的影响,以期为社区居民CPR的普及工作提供实践指导.方法 采用社区居民CPR知识和技能评价表进行基线调查,然后分为试验组和对照组,分别选用CPR情景教学法和传统健康教育方式进行培训,比较两组居民培训前后CPR知识和技能掌握程度的变化.结果 居民CPR知晓率29.6％,掌握来源主要为电视54.1％和网络18.9％.试验组CPR考核问卷总得分及技能操作得分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,并且试验组低等教育人群CPR考核结果显著高于对照组.结论 CPR知识普及率较低,CPR情景教学易于掌握,可投入社区教学运用.

CPR situational teaching effects on the current situation of residents learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation popularization

Objective To investigate the influence of CPR scenario teaching community residents master cardiopul- monary resuscitation （CPR） knowledge and skills, to provide practical guidance of CPR popularity forthe work of com- munity residents. Methods Used CPR knowledge and skills to community residents evaluation form baseline surveys. Then divided them into the test group and the control group, with CPR scenarios teaching and training of traditional health education respectively, and then compared the two groups＇s changes of CPR training before mastery of knowl edge and skills. Results The residents CPR awareness was 29.6%, the grasp the main source were TV（54.1%） and internet （18.9%）. Skills assessment questionnaire total scores of CPR test group were significantly higher in points of the opera- tion than control group, and the difference was statistically significant, and the examination results for the low educa- tion populations of test group were significantly higher than control group. Conclusion CPR knowledge penetration is low. Teaching CPR scenario is easy to grasp, can be put into community teaching use.
