| 摘 要： | 目的:测定白血病抑制因子(LIF)在子痫前期患者胎盘组织中的表达变化,探讨其在子痫前期发病过程中的作用。方法:选取子痫前期(子痫前期轻度组和重度组)和正常妊娠孕妇作为研究组和对照组,采用免疫组化法测定其胎盘组织中LIF的表达,并通过BI2000医学图像分析系统对染色结果进行定量检测并作比较。结果:LIF在3组中均有表达,且主要表达于滋养细胞胞质中;子痫前期轻度组及重度组与正常妊娠组相比,胎盘组织中LIF的表达明显减弱,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);子痫前期轻度组与重度组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:LIF对正常妊娠的维持起到了一定的保护作用;LIF在胎盘组织中的低表达影响了滋养细胞的浸润能力,可能是子痫前期发病的病因之一。
